3Own Name & Account
You must register and operate only one account in your own true name. You must not register on behalf of a third party. You must not allow any other person to use your account. Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of 6v99 services, you must register an account. The following rules govern your account registration, maintenance, and security obligations.
1Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 6v99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information you provide, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, at any time.
2Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6v99 support immediately. 6v99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3KYC Verification
6v99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must complete KYC before your first withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to provide government-issued photo identification and proof of residential address. 6v99 may request additional documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of KYC verification.
4Account Inactivity
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 6v99 may, following reasonable notice to the registered email or mobile number, apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. The remaining balance will remain withdrawable upon reactivation of the account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the 6v99 platform, including deposits and withdrawal requests.
1Accepted Payment Methods
6v99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Payment methods available for withdrawal may differ from those available for deposit. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
2Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts undergoing additional verification.
3Withdrawal Limits
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. 6v99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of whether KYC has previously been completed. Large withdrawal requests may be paid in instalments at 6v99's discretion.
4Own Funds Only
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained lawfully. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. If 6v99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are the proceeds of illegal activity, it will suspend the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
6v99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.
1Wagering Requirements
All bonus amounts credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms.
2Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player is eligible for a welcome bonus once only, at their first deposit. Subsequent deposit bonuses and reload offers are subject to their own eligibility criteria. 6v99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to exclude players from promotional offers at its discretion.
3Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing low-risk or hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
4Free Spins
Free spin promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms above, plus any game-specific restrictions stated in the promotion details. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal. Free spins are valid only on the games specified in the promotion and expire at the end of the validity period stated.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6v99 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities where applicable.
- Opening more than one account per person (whether under your own name or another identity).

- Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or theft.

- Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including any commercial exploitation of the Service.
6v99 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 6v99 will act without prior notice and is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation of its findings to the user concerned.
6. Responsible Gaming
6v99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered users.
1Deposit Limits
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Once a deposit limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases. 6v99 will not permit a deposit limit increase to take effect earlier than 24 hours after the request is made.
2Self-Exclusion
You may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion via your account settings or by contacting 6v99 support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
3Minor Protection
6v99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If you share a device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring that they cannot access your 6v99 account. We recommend using device-level parental controls and ensuring you log out of your account after every session on a shared device. If you believe a minor has accessed your account, contact 6v99 support immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 6v99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data — is owned by or licensed to 6v99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the 6v99 platform without prior written permission from 6v99. You must not use any automated means to extract data from the platform. Any unauthorised use of 6v99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6v99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 6v99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6v99 does not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. 6v99 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 6v99's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, and acts of God.
Bet Settlement Note
In the event of a technical error affecting bet placement, odds display, or game outcome, 6v99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 6v99's decision on the settlement of bets and the outcome of games is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
6v99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time. The following provisions govern the circumstances under which accounts may be suspended or closed.
1Suspension for Investigation
6v99 may suspend an account pending investigation where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that may harm the platform or other users. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted. 6v99 will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and to notify the user of the outcome.
2Termination for Breach
6v99 may terminate an account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where the user has breached these Terms, including any instance of prohibited conduct described in Section 5. Upon termination for breach, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining balance of genuine deposited funds (net of voided winnings) may be returned at 6v99's discretion following the conclusion of any relevant investigation.
3Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 6v99 support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure at your request. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
10. Amendments to These Terms
6v99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6v99 will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number on their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will state the date on which they become effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page and supersedes all prior versions.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by applicable law.
